How is the USMLE and COMLEX Step 2 broken down?

How many questions are there for each exam? (are they both 400 questions each just like in Step 1)

(Is it still 50 questions per hour with 10 min breaks between hours)

Does the COMLEX ask any osteopathic techniques or just principles?
