I used it. But it wasn't my only source. I also watched the DVDs. I didn't buy them though. Check your school library. Luckily, mine had them and I could rent them for up to a week at a time. The book is pretty explanatory. I really enjoyed it. It's pretty basic though. I took the exam today, and felt underprepared in the biology section. It's weird though, because I thought when studying that the bio review was the most detailed. I also used the Kaplan 45 book for practice questions.
