3.5-3.8 is i giant range and you have no MCAT score. Its not really possible to think of what schools you might have a chance at an interview without those two numbers.

Hello! I was just curious if anyone had any advice/answers on the likeliness of matriculation.

My GPA will show an upward trend and land at about 3.6. It started out lower due to poor grades in high-school college courses, but is being balanced by high college grades (especially in science courses.)

MCAT at 505

I work as a CNA and will have about 2 years of patient contact by my application.

For leadership experience I'm the president of a philosophy club that meets biweekly (for about a year and a half by application).

I'll have about 3 physicians shadowed and will be volunteering for my local food bank about 4 hours a week for about a year.

Thank you!
Getting accepted is 100% on you.

I would say that you are competitive for IIs at:

Any DO school. I can't recommend Touro-NY, or LUCOM, for different reasons
