How long does it take to hear from NYCOM after they received your primary? to repond?

I applied last year and NYCOM was the last school that I heard from. I got a rejection in the mail after I had already started at another school. So I didn't get a reply other, than the little letter that says that they received my application, until Aug. of this year. Kind of makes you wonder.
