Once the AMCAS is verified and you decide to add more schools, how long does it take to transmit the application to them?

Generally it's available to new schools within one business day.

Yeah, I think AMCAS makes it available to the schools in pretty short time. However, it's up to the school to download your application and send you the secondary, and some schools take quite awhile to do this (many more will probably be within a couple of days, though).
