Your supposed to give 0.10 mg/kg bolus and 0.25 mg/kg/hr infusion prior to early invasive strategy PCI (based on TIMI or GRACE score), during PCI you give an additional 0.5 mg/kg bolus and increase infusion to 1.75 mg/kg/hr. How long after PCI procedure due you discontinue the parenteral anticoagulant? (2014 AHA/ACC NON-ST-Elevation ACS Guidelines)
