I think it depends on the school. One of the schools (UMSL, NSUCO, or SCO) I talked to said it was good for 5 years.

Your best bet would be to check with the admissions department at the school(s) you're interested in attending.

I'm not sure that there is a definite point where you can no longer request score reports, but schools definitely do place limits on accepting scores. ICO accepts results from within the past two years.
