How many Fam Med programs should I apply to with low scores?

If you were an American, you could apply to under 30.
No idea about being Canadian though - 200 sounds excessive though.

4th Year USDO student. On a student visa as a Canadian. Looking to match family med.

COMLEX 1: 480's
COMLEX 2: 440's

Pros to my App:
-Good Written Evals, honours in FM, IM, Psych, Ob gyn.
-Have 3 FM letters. 1 From a program director.
-No red flags

Cons to my App:
- My scores.
- No USMLE
- Canadian citizen. Need a j1 visa.

I was told I need to apply to 200ish to get like 15 interviews? What would you do if you were me?

Normally with your stats I would say no sweat but the visa status complicates things, especially given the current travel restrictions and the fact our immigration policy makes less sense than a fever dream.
