How many LORs?

With the big day tomorrow, I was wondering how many LORs I should send to each program. Most programs say they require 3 LORs. I have 4 good LORs (trauma surgeon, Peds ED Director, EM PD, and EM residency director). I am going to send the EM PD and RD, but I cannot decide between the Peds ED Dir and the Trauma surgeon. I would like to send 4, but I do not want to go overboard and annoy the programs. What do you think?
