I know...It's Christmas and here I am on SDN. Anyways, I was wondering how many of you guys are taking call today/this past weekend. Or if you read this after Christmas, does much come in on the holiday weekend? I'd be interested to hear about taking call during Christmas. Anyways, Merry Christmas.

I'm in medical school, so no call for me, just med school winter break, but when I was an intern, I was on call over christmas. The interns always get christmas, really no question about it. The chief or senoir will be on back-up call, but the intern is usually the first OMFS call.

I was last night (Xmas Eve), but it's my general surgery year... on trauma. You wouldn't believe the freaks that go out and do stupid things on the night baby Jesus was born.

Hey careful pal. This is a public forum. I believe what you meant to say was "holiday baby". And Holiday-eve. Don't forget Holiday-tree, and holiday-lights. I believe you must be inclusive to all religions at this time of year.

After all, we must call it a holiday tree because of all the other religions out there with a symbolic tree right?

Oh wait, if the secular cry babies weren't somehow included in our christian holiday, They would have to give back there christmas bonuses ha?

By the way, shouldn't we have to call the menorah a "holiday candle holder"?
