destroyer consists of biology gen chem organic chem and math........but for each of those sections there are a variety of topics and about atleast 200 -300 questions roughly you can also pick up a math destroyer if your buying the new destroyer for 50 bucks more..........its probably the best resource out there in terms of variety and difficulty of questions but you can't rely on it solely many do but its best to couple this with other things such as clifs ap bio and kaplan review books and subject tests but destroyer is a must though
