how many people are going to apply to med school this summer?

It is interesting to see how many people on SDN are going to apply into med school this summer. Please, post only once. It is interesting to see the number of replies and what percentage from the total number of applicants is represented on this web site. The number will be rather approximate but I thought that it would interesting to look at.

i am applying. i had a dream a few weeks ago that i applied to every school in the united states of america and did not get into a single one (WHAT?).

I'm writing down all my anxiety dreams as the MCAT/applying approaches. I've had a lot of dreams where I've been lost and I can't get the correct directions. I've also had dreams that my mother keeps telling me I'm fat. On a loop (I'm 5'5 and weigh 120). Hmmmm.

Game on for the AMCAS debacle 2002! I'm sure we'll all be bitching together much more in the next few months!
