How many programs dont send rejections out?

Hi,

At this point the interview season is in full form, I am just curious how many programs dont send out rejections? At what point (date) I should say that is pretty much it, there will be no more interviews. At which point I should start calling the programs?

I know there are alway late cancellations and some more invites go out in December/Jan but I would like to assume that is not going to happen. I would like to hear from some attending/PDs/residents. Thank you.

I am a re-applicant. Last year, I applied to ~50 programs, and I heard from mabe ~30 of them. The rest did not even bothered to reject me. Complete radio silence. I really appreciate the ones that send rejections lol. It hurts, but at least there is closure.
