Depends on your coding. 46 weeks * 4 days/week = 184 working days. 10 hour days, assume 3 patients an hour = 30 patients/day. 30 patients x 184 days = 5520 patient encounters. Even at all level 3 visits, you're getting 5520 wRVUs.
