How much calculus is on the PCAT?

I studied from the Kaplan book and I feel like it does not cover nearly enough calculus for the PCAT. I have a calculus textbook to study from, but I don't want to study the whole book because I've heard that it's mostly calculus 1. Does anyone know specifically what calculus topics are covered on the PCAT and how much calculus I should study? Thanks!
