I was just wondering how much if any money is left over after paying bills for most recent grads working for a hospital, while doing internship.

Well, I'm not certain of what you are trying to ask, but most interns make 38-42K per year. So ultimately, it depends on how much you are paying in student loan payments, rent, food, etc. Most interns with a substantial amount of debt defer repaying their debt through economic hardship deferrments so that they only have to deal with living expenses.

Go to www.paycheckcity.com and you'll be able to calculate it.

Take out roughly 1/3 for taxes and such (you'll get some of this back at the end of the year).
