How much NEURO will be on Step 1? (...& Kaplan's BIG Neuro section)

Hey kids,

I'm using Kaplan's Organ Systems books, and the neuro section is way too long for me. Does anyone think it will be necessary to read all that, or is high yield neuro with first aid enough?

Also, we all know step 1 is heavy on path.....but what about neuro?

I've heard that Step Up is the way to go for neuro. It's been able to answer most of what I've seen in Qbank.

My exam had about 20 purely neuro questions and I think all the answers were in first aid in some form or another.
