How much time to set aside for patient notes and insurance billing?

How much time should be set aside to process patient notes, ICD10 codes and processing of insurance claims?

A psychologist in the office where I am interning claims it takes her two full days to process insurance billing and notes for 20 patients.
1.3 hours for administration per patient seems like an awful lot of time.

I am trying to determine a realistic amount of time to set aside per patient. I welcome your feedback.
