If i take out loans now (subsidized federal loans for example) how much will my minimum payment be after the grace period??

it depends on the amount of money you borrow and other factors such as the interest rate and repayment period. If you go to direct loan servicing webpage, you can look at all of the different repayment options, total amounts you will pay out after interest is acrued, etc.

You should know that the minimum payment with any lender is $50 - but the minimum that your monthly payment would ever be is interest only.
