how non english speaker IMG prepare for AMC

hi all
i heard that AMC has 2 part
the first one is OK but for second part "clinical examination"
i'd really like to know IMG from non-english speaking countries (ie the ones that doesn't speak english in hospitals so taking history, writing progress note and so others are not in english), like mine (iran) ,
how'd u prepare yourself for this part?
how're u going to practise it?

its really freaks me out and i think i would fail this part
plz help me on that
any advise is helpfull

Most of the people on this forum are from English-speaking backgrounds. There are some forums that are mostly for Indian medical students... you might want to try that.
