How on earth do you reach JHU??

They haven't responded to my email and they don't have a live person to talk to - always a recorded message Are they even stil interviewing?

You don't. You leave a message and they reach you if they feel like it!! I left many messages, and they finally called and said I was REJECTED!!! (Actually, they didn't say that, they said they would not be offering me an interview). So because of my eagerness to know whether they'd be interviewing me so I could coordinate east coast trips, I have the honor of being the first SDNer to post a rejection by them!!

When did you submit your app? - I want to know when to give up hope.

I have also attempted to contact JHU (all of my efforts have been in vain.... no response to my e-mails or messages...) At least I am not the only one that they are ignoring! <img src="graemlins/pity.gif" border="0" alt="[Pity]" />

I haven't tried recently, but back in November/December, I always got a pretty quick response to my e-mails.

I called JHU yesterday morning. They answered on the second ring. I had not heard anything from them in a couple of months, so I thought I should call. I was told that they just finished compiling my file. That would explain the reason it took them &gt;2 months to cash my check. I image they must be way behind. What number are you guys/ gals calling?

E'01, unless the recording has changed (or if they're finally picking up now, without the darn voicemail), the speaker very QUICKLY recites -- ONCE -- a number that you can call. She doesn't encourage you to call for status checks...but you can if needs be. I went ahead and tried, and basically was told the same thing as SMW...I haven't been selected for an interview, "but if that changes you'll hear so in writing."
