How to best utilize Goljian

I know many people swear by Goljian and there have been many posts, but I have all this material by him now and am not sure what to do with all of it.

There's his audio material, which I've been listening to, and a lot of reading material - a 22 page HY, a 100 pg HY, HY for each subject, then a large system based pathology file (over 300 pages), a rapid review database - for those who used Goljian to study, what do I need to be focusing on with four months to go?
