how to deassign LoR in ERAS

Hello,

I want to deassign a letter that I sent to a program which hasn't downloaded the letter yet. However, after I unchecked the box in that program's profile on the programs applied to page, my track documents page still says that letter is available for download. Is there a way to get rid of the letter from my tracked documents list or to make it un-downloadable? I tried replacing it with a new LOR by checking a box for another LOR, but this LOR was just added in addition to the one that I wanted to deassign.

No. Once assigned, the letter is unstoppable. It's like putting it in the mail. You can't take it back. The next time that program contacts the post office, they will get that letter.
