How to diagnose this signs and symptoms?

Hope u guys could help me out with this?

What kinda of diagnosis is this if every time someone says something to another person and get him/her mad..and that person who gets mad feels tightness in the chest or chest pain with difficulty breathing..
and how to treat this? THanks
