A (hopefully) straightforward question for once: what category should I put Human Rights courses under on AMCAS? One is HR 328: Theories of Human Rights, and the other is HR T300: Defining Terrorism (a seminar some friends of mine worked with a professor to create).
  1. Government, Political Science, & Law?
  2. Behavioral & Social Sciences?
  3. Philosophy & Religion?
  4. Other?
Human Rights is not listed on page 40 of the 2017 AMCAS manual where these categories are defined.

I'd have said #2, theories of human rights sounds like philosophy to me. On the other hand, defining terrorism would be more law, etc (#1)
