Does anyone have advise on how to focus? I seem to be studying and tend to lose focus very easily.

Does anyone have advise on how to focus? I seem to be studying and tend to lose focus very easily.

Try different study environments. Stay away from computer, cell phone, tv, other distractions. Try studying at different times of day (might focus better in the morning if you can drag your a$$ out of bed for example)
