If I have two years AD, six years Active Reserve and two years IRR time.
Shouldn't my total time in service be ten years? However, I got paid as and O-1 with >2 years of service at OBLC.

Without knowing your exact situation and the details of your Pay Date (i.e. Date you graduated med school) and whether you were active duty before this, you should be contacting your Personnel Center at the base. If no resolution is reached, you can contact DFAS in Colorado. They have special people that personally deal with medical personnel since their pay invariably gets jacked up.
