Well, a lot of people say the actual classes aren't too helpful.

To those who have taken it, is the Q Bank your best friend? I really don't understand how to use it :scared:
Can people tell if doing all the practice questions really helped? And plus, how do you use the question bank... I don't get how you "Create" a quiz or what to put on it.

I didn't find the classes helpful. I only went to 2/3 of the classes. Most of their classes were just repeating whatever was in the readings. For my classes, there was very little strategy teachings for their science sections. But I hear this varies depending on your teachers.

I never tried the Qbank/quiz creation thing thing. I believe you just tell it what questions you want (verbal, bio, phys) and then can further specify topics and it generates a test from what you want. Really its nothing special, just more practice.

The only thing from Kaplan i did use was the practice tests. They have 11 Kaplan tests and about 7 AAMC tests. I did about two a day leading up to exam to prepare. Be aware that the Kaplan tests scales are ridiculously lenient. You can get a 15 on the science sections with around 85%. The AAMC tests they provide are better indicators of performance.

Q bank is not bad...definetly use it, ask the ppl at the kaplan centers for help on how to use it(or PM me)...it really helps if ur struggling with a specific topic...for example, i was having problems with electrochem, u can review all electrochem notes and then specifically choose to have only electrochem questions in a test...it helps u focus specifically on a topic ur weak at
