My last MCAT breakdown is as follows
Bio 10
Physical Sciences 10
Verbal 11

My dream scores
Bio 12
Physical Sciences 11
Verbal 11

I can manage verbal mostly, however, my bio and physical sciences scores are holding me back. Some of my problems for bio are that I finish Bio early but don't review. However, Physical Sciences is my worst section ever, I can't pinpoint the problem but some questions I just feel lost.

A 31 is a very good score. Why are you retaking?

It's an average score of those who are accepted (at least in the area where I live). So, it's better to score a little above that. I wouldn't want a 31. I would want a 33-35 to be on a safe side.

Other than that, I am sorry, I don't really have any advice on how to improve. Do more practice? If you feel lost with some questions, make sure you know the content...

Know the material better, have fewer weaknesses and practice more. That's how my aamc scores went from 9-10 to 13.5 ps avg on aamcs 7-11. 12 on real thing. I had done all of tbr, Nova and tpr not all at once-including retake
