How to reject a lab position politely?

Hey guys, so I was thinking about switching labs so I sent out emails to a couple of labs and none of them replied. I sent out a second email to them three days ago and the PI for one lab replied back immediately so I started the process to join their lab. Unluckily (or honestly luckily in this case), PI's for other labs began to respond back saying they were interested in taking me and wanted to talk to me. I honestly don't know how to respond back saying I already accepted another position and I don't want to come across like a jerk. Any help on how to send that email would be appreciated!!
