How to start NBDE part II?

I have bought part II dental deck and ADSA papers. There are so many reference books from ADA website. Can anyone tell me which text book is the best for:

Endodontics
Dental Materials
Operative Dentistry
Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery/Pain Control
Oral Diagnosis (Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology)
Orthodontics
Pediatric Dentistry/Behavioral Science
Patient Management (Dental Public Health and Occupational Safety, Behavioral Science)
Periodontics
Pharmacology
Prosthodontics

I am not going to read every text book, just wanna find one good textbook when I review every subject though dental deck.
