How to start studying for the MCATs

i'll be entering my second year of college and i wanted to start studying for the MCATs. I'm planning to take them this comming summer. So i just wanted to get advise how to start studying early?

You'll burn yourself out pretty well if you start anytime soon. If you're planning on taking the August 2002 exam, I would start studying no sooner than this January or February. Remember, moderation is the tried and true method. Study lots, but if you burn out, you will be worse off.

I, too, will be starting my second year of college... However, I wasn't planning on taking the MCAT until April 2003 (spring of my junior year). Is this too later? Should I plan on taking the MCAT next August?
