How Will a misdemanor (harassment) affect my prospects?

Current P2 here in a 0-6 program (I know I dropped the ball here). Last year when I was 20, I made a bad choice and pulled a prank that resulted in a misdemeanor for harassment. I have no criminal history other than this. No DUI's or marijuana. I've learned my lesson but am I absolutely screwed? What would people recommend to make oneself more employable with this blemish?
