How worthwhile are Kaplan chapter review quizzes?

I am wondering this too. My teacher/classmates say that if you paid for access to everything then you might as well do them all. But then Kaplan verbal is so strange/dense and I was totally surprised when I took the AAMC verbal section (much less detail-oriented, I felt).

Anybody with inputs??
