I mean, you can't just list that without saying what happened in sophomore year
 
I've read a "U-shaped" trend is common due to Orgo and Physics.

OP, the trend shows that SO year was fluke. The real you is FR, JR and SR years.

Hmm you know, having a drop during your Sophomore year is actually normal in my opinion due to Organic Chemistry and/or Physics. That is when your courses get difficult and DO schools understand that. If you get invited for interviews, they'll ask you what happened during that year and just be honest. They will appreciate your maturity that you admitted that it wasn't your year and your Junior and Senior year says it.
