I actually interviewed at 18 places! yes for Categorical! but am not ranking 5 of them.
My current tops 3 are BID, MGH, JHU-Bayview and MSSM, I loved Yale but do not love New Haven.

Looking at your list and based on my own biases and knowledge I'd probably rank MSSM, MGH and Cornell top 3 in that order.

I think BID, MGH, MSSM and JHU-Bayview are my top 4, I just don't know how I'm going to rank them exactly.... February should be very intersting.... hmmmmmmm
