I am applying for a Medical Mentoring Program and they ask me this question:

How will having a medical school student mentor help you?

Got tips on answering the question. Thanks,

i'm guessing you should say "yes"...and go from there...

😀 It's not a yes or no question. LOL 😀

1). Find out what the objectives of the program are.
2). Determine what you need personally in order to succeed as a medical student and/or physician (everyone's needs will be different).

If your answer coincides with the program's objectives, and still meets your needs, then it is an excellent program for you - the committee will realize this when they read your answer.

You should address your weaknesses; come up with excellent reasons that this program will help YOU and not every other applicant as well.

Good luck! :luck:
