Howard University Alternate List

Hello. I was wondering if there are any Howard medical students who post on this board. I was recently placed on the alternate list, and am in the process of writing a letter of intent. My questions is the following:

1) What have you loved most about your experience at Howard?
2) What makes Howard unique?
3) Why did you attend Howard?

Howard is my first choice and I would like my letter to be the best that it can be. If there are any med students who have ever been on a waitlist and were later accepted, please provide me with suggestions if you can. I appreciate your help.

Rain is a sign of good luck, well at least that is what they say when you are getting married....Anyhow, please find out more info about the how close to full the class is, how much longer they will be interviewing, blazi-blah...you know for us pre-interview hopefulls....Thank you very much! :wink:

Good Luck! Stay on top of them to make sure they remember you have an interview. My interview was supposed to be at 1pm but I waited in an conference room until 6pm! They almost left for the day without giving me my interview.
