Anyone apply to hucd? anyone know when they start process? if they start before dec1, do they inform students by dec1?

I have applied to howard infact it is my number 1 choice b/ce I live like 2 blocks from howard. I still haven't heard anything from them yet, but I don't think they have started the interview process. I sent them the fee about 2 weeks ago, so they have everything they want from me. I hope they start the process soon.

howard doesn't have a secondary, they just send you an email saying that they have processed your ADDSAS application. And that you need to send $45.00 to the following address ( they give you the address). I recieved that email before 3 weeks ago, but if you haven't I suggest you call them right away. Because they sent me the email after I called and left a message for Ms(or Mss, or Mrs) Washington( the admission counselor) saying that I submitted my ADDSAS application a while ago and that I haven't recieved anything yet. Then she called on my cell phone and left me a message saying that she sent me an email about the secondary.
So, just call them soon.

They should start interviewing soon shouldnt they... I mean its almost mid october this is a long wait.

You are right. I am just frustrated by the way they are handling the admission process. I am checking my mail box, email always expecting some kind of news from Howard, but nothing so far. If I don't recieve anything by next week, I will probably email them and check what's going on. hang in there bro.

the thing is, they sent me a letter saying i needed to pay 45 bucks for the supp app fee, but it has to be a certified check or money order and obviously my personal check isn't good enough, lol. So I decided to withdraw...because that's weird if they can only except money order or certified check😕

It is not that wierd since a returned check costs them 20-30 bucks a pop. Most schools I applied to required the same thing.
