Why do the HPSP advisors ignore repeated emails for weeks, and then when you finally get them on the phone to get your questions answered, act like nothing ever happened???? grrrrrr.....

Just wait until you start dealing with DODMERB, not to mention trying to get your orders from personnel. You're going to need an overabundance of patience and a good sense of humor.

I know. I've dealt with military and/or VA systems for quite a while now. I guess you just always hope that things will get better.

If its Army, you can go to the recruiting home page (usarec.army.mil) and find the Med Rec BN HQ for your area. Call them and bypass the local guy who is still sleeping at his desk.
