Anyone know what HPSP's policy is towards pursuing a grad degree while on scholarship? I'm an MS-II considering applying for the PhD program, but am not sure how the Navy would feel about it as it would delay my graduation.

Also, there's a question of funding. Most dual degree programs pay students' tuition, nulling the need for the HPSP funds? Would they (military) cut your obligation? (In my case, the Navy would only being paying for 2 yrs of school. so you'd THINK my obligation would be cut from 4 to 2 years -??)

Anyone out there who knows anything about this?
