HPSP Recruiter won't call me back

This is an ongoing issue with many people in the Sacramento area. This guy is not calling back or returning calls. Maybe somebody can give me idea's for how to get into the HPSP process when the recruiters won't call back?

This is for AF by the way, any ideas?

Also, it's early November, and I'm in my 2nd year. Is it too late to be applying so that it would kick in at the start of my third year? Thanks!

Who I believe is one of the 3 listed training facility directors.

I also could not get a call back from this guy (he covers my area too) regarding air force internships. I finally gave up after other recruiters told me to simply be patient with him, as they could not help me at the time bc they had their own areas to cover.

PM me the name of this guy and I will see what I can do. I have a praticum placement at Andrews this year and can talk to the training director there about applicants not getting adequate attention from the recruiters.
