Humanities Recommendation: OK to get Foreign Language?

    Hi,

    For our school's recommendation, the standard is 4 letters: 2 sci, 1 humanities, and 1 "other" such as volunteering/research.

    I'm thinking about getting one from a Foreign Language instructor. Is this OK? It's a class that meets most frequently and the teacher I got to know better than a lot of other hummanities courses. any potential problems w/ this? i'd love to hear your experiences.

    I don't see what would be wrong with that. I had one of mine written by my Classical Hebrew prof.
