Is there any classification for local hyperemia like,neurogenic hyperemia,collateral hyperemia,vacuum hyperemia,inflammatory hyperemia and post-anemic hyperemia?i couldnt find those in most of the text books. 😕

Are you referring to reactive hyperemia in 'general?'
 
Isn't it just the reestablishment of blood flow after occlusion of any type of blood flow, local or systemic?

nope. it's active (caused by increased blood flow) congestion of blood vessels.

as far as classification of different types...I have no idea.
