I applied for SUNY... it was mailed out on 11/24/2011 and.... I contacted them via email to make sure that they have received my application.

But they are being unresponsive, should I just wait or call them up?

I don't want to be too bothersome but at the same time, I want to make sure that they have received my application..

I think a lot of the schools find it easier to communicate with students by phone - so many emails have a tendency to get lost in the shuffle. If it's been a day or two since you emailed, then I think it's perfectly fine (and not bothersome) to call.
