Qwit yer bitchin' !!
Keep in mind that some of us have had to go elsewhere for our medical eduation. I applied for 4 years straight, have good life experience (I'm now 35, was 34 when I started med school), good grades, average MCATs. Spent THOUSANDS of dollars to AACOMAS, AMCAS, secondary applications, MCATs, etc. I was waitlisted, too.
Even with the number of applicants declining (see NEJM 343: 3, p. 213), many of us are rejected. I ended up saying, "forget about it -- I'm not waiting any longer," and leaving the country. I'll deal with the extra hoops to jump through, the prejudice and misperceptions of IMGs when I get back. Just remember, as long as I do well on Step I, I'm as good as anyone else (US school or not).
So it's not the end of the world. Count your blessings that you've gotten two interviews. Even though I've gone "international," we all know that life is much easier if you're a US grad. So good luck.
