I got an Upstate letter stating 'Application not complete ...' but NO secondary

Hey did anyone else get this letter from Upstate asking for your secondary, fee etc but not actually giving you the secondary? I couldn't find it online and the web page states they will send it to me. Hmm ... I wonder where it is ?

Do you think they had a mental hiccup or something?

I got an email from Upstate about a week and a half ago which tells you how to access their secondary online. This past friday, I received a letter from them saying that they were missing my secondary, LOR and payment for the secondary. In your situation, I assume that you will be getting the email about the secondary soon because Upstate want as many checks for $100 as they can. I also assume that everyone gets a letter at the same time which lists what of your application they are missing. I don't think calling the school will help because they will probably tell you to be patient and wait for the email. If you want you can call them.

Not quite. Albany = Albany medical college in Albany. Upstate = Syracuse.

I actually did call them today (the 800 number, of course! must save money ...) and she said that when I was VERIFIED then I would be getting the email.
