Hey!! Ok....I've calmed down a little bit...LOL

I interviewed in November and my last name starts with a T. I had a 30Q MCAT and a 3.27 upon application (i faxed in an updated transcript last week that showed my new and improved 3.33 GPA).

Let's see....it was a short message basically saying "congrats...see you at second look weekend and hopefully in the fall...if you have any questions..." It really sounded like they had been calling FOREVER and were just reading a script.

Anyway....let the celebrating begin!! Spring break starts today too!!

trout, there's lots to do in Alaska, and fortunately, I'm not working or going to school, so I get to do it all and post on SDN. Actually a lot of my posts have been from outside of Alaska.

Dr. Corday, the great mother goddess SMW of SDN has to keep an eye out at all times to see what has spawned in the universe she created!! (Please see the Re-Revised History of SDN in the lounge, for an explanation of my exalted status. :wink: Seriously, everyone, if you haven't already done so, you must check out the UCLA2000's lounge thread -- it's the most hilarious post in the history of SDN (and I almost missed it, because I never go to the lounge).

I'll be driving south along the most beautiful stretch of highway in the world alongside Cook Inlet this evening to go hear a great Seattle band playing at the Alyeska ski resort town of Girdwood 45 minutes south of Anchorage. I haven't forgotten your request for Alaska info. When will you be up here? How are you travelling?

sorry my keyboard keeps freezing on my computer so I had to log in and I realized I have no clue what my password is....I am going with my significant other first time they have had time off in 4 years so we are driving from NY through canada for 4-6 weeks during june and july...hoping to hit as many national parks...do you know if you can have dogs in the national parks out there????
