Wait...what? Why would a 93.1 be rounded down to a 92.0? It would be rounded down to a 93.0, which would be fine with me since it is essentially the same thing. I'm just saying that if you are going to use the "rounding isn't fair" argument, at least round your numbers properly.
On another note, I agree that A- grades are irritating, mostly because my grades in most classes were above 98%, but my school had no A+'s. If I had received an A-, my GPA would have gone down, and there would be no way to bring it back up. Fortunately, I realized this and worked harder to ensure that I never received below an A. You can get a 4.0, but it requires a lot of effort.
Also, a 3.7 is still a great GPA. Throw a few A's in there and it will be even better. You'll be fine.
