I have a school GPA and an AMCAS GPA- which do I use?

Hey, question for anyone. I retook two courses in college, and my school does not count the first course if you retook, but AMCAS does. As a result, my school gpa is higher than my AMCAS GPA. The Columbia secondary asks for my undergraduat GPA- which should I use? Thanks!
